Very thorough and honest! Robert was friendly and answered all of our questions. He sent the pictures as he promised and we would recommend him to our friends.

Discovered that Wind Mitigation inspections expire after 5 years when my homeowners insurance renewal went up almost $300. So I called around to Wind Mitigation Inspectors in Cape Coral. Called three other companies who either didn't answer or didn't call me back. Called Whole Home Inspection Services and was getting ready to leave a message when Robert Van Cour called me back before I could even finish my message. Gold Star #1 for Robert!! We arranged an appointment for the following day and not only was Robert on time, he was EARLY. Another Gold Star in my book!!! Robert was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very informative. The report was promised by email that evening and it came at about 6:30 pm. Another Gold Star.... to follow through with promises!!!
